Our Mission

The Civic Infrastructure Cooperative is an engineering firm structured as a cooperative. We build technology for public infrastructure programs -- specifically ADA compliance for transit stops, sidewalks, and curb ramps.

We believe the agencies that own the infrastructure should own the data about it.

Why This Matters

Most transit agencies and municipalities operate thousands of transit stops, sidewalks, and curb ramps with no structured data on physical condition or ADA compliance status. Without a baseline inventory, agencies cannot measure progress, allocate capital effectively, or defend themselves against litigation.

AccessTwin™ exists to change that. From the first field audit to final construction closeout, we provide the tools that agencies own and control.

Why a Cooperative?

Aligned Incentives

The cooperative structure means our incentives are aligned with the agencies we serve, not with venture capital returns. We succeed when you succeed.

Agencies Own Their Tools

You own the platform. You own the data. No subscription traps, no data hostage situations, no planned obsolescence.

Long-Term Stability

Cooperative structure creates institutional durability. We are built to serve public infrastructure for the long term, not to be acquired or liquidated.
